The 2010 SIA Snow Show Was A Hit!

All of us at SlopeViews are proud to say that the 2010 SIA Snow Show was a hit! After its debut in Denver everyone was impressed to say the least. The Denver Convention Center was an amazing venue and the energy during the show was unparalleled. We conducted numerous interviews and really got a feel for the pulse of the show. The feelings were the same across the board: the move to Denver was the right thing to do! Everyone was pumped to be in ski country and ready to get down to business. The real treat was when the Snow Show moved to Winter Park and Devils Thumb Ranch for the On-Snow Demo Days. This gave everyone the chance to test out the gear on display at the Denver Convention Center after four days of “strictly business” and do what we all love best-to play in the snow! For SlopeViews, it was an amazing show that will always be remembered. We launched the next generation of trail maps for the ski industry which created a tremendous amount of buzz. The immersive trail maps allow people to virtually tour the resort from the warmth and comfort of their home. From riding the lifts to skiing the runs, the maps offer the closest experience anyone can get to actually being at the ski resort. The immersive trail maps were a hit as well as our unique video platform. We want to thank SIA for all their hard work in making the show happen and Mary Cecile Neville in particular for her support of our vision. We also want to thank everyone who came out to help SlopeViews and for all of the unique individuals we met at the 2010 SIA Snow Show who made it into the extraordinary event that it was.
